PROMOTION

GETTING WORD OUT THERE

The promotion of available properties has changed dramatically over the past decade. A 2011 study conducted by the National Association of Realtors revealed 88% of consumers used the internet to search for a home and 63% visited a home they viewed on-line.  The ability to promote listings on-line is key to a successful sale. Based on a variety of The Kliewer Team's affiliations, a home listed with us is syndicated to many sites including these more commonly used websites:

  •                Multiple Listing Service
  •                Zillow
  •                Trulia
  •                Realtor.com
  •                Yahoo Real Estate
  •                Google
  •                Craigslist
  •                The Wall Street Journal
  •                Global Home Search
  •                Luxury Portfolio
  •                Luxury Real Estate
  •                The Mercury News

For listings in Silver Creek Valley Country Club, homes are featured on The Kliewer Team's back-page ad of the Club Informer. The Kliewer Team has maintained a monthly presence on the back page of the Club Informer since the first edition in 1992.

PROPERTY BROCHURES

A custom brochure is created for each listing utilizing the outstanding photography taken for the virtual tour.  A copy of the floorplan is used when available (which is the case on most Silver Creek Valley Country Club homes) along with a descriptive write-up enhancing what sets the home apart from others on the market. As with every other aspect of The Kliewer Team's marketing, this brochure is created by us, not a third party, so that maximum quality is ensured.  Brochures are available to prospective buyers through a brochure-rack affixed to the sign in addition to a supply in the home.

THE INTERO NETWORK

As the market leader in Santa Clara County, The Kliewer Team can use the Intero network of over 2000 agents to help sell a property.  The Kliewer Team can build momentum for a soon-to-be listed property by offering a "sneak peak" to all the Intero agents, or work within the Intero system to find a buyer should a seller not want the broad-marketing approach of the Multiple Listing Service.
