Scott graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Business Administration in 1982. After working in commercial construction for four years, Scott became a realtor in1986 and a real estate broker in 1990. Based on his sales success in Blackhawk, the developer of Silver Creek Valley Country Club, Shea Homes, hired Scott at the inception of Silver Creek Valley Country Club in 1992. His responsibilities included developing the resale home sales program and selling the custom homes and homesites of the community.  Scott evaluated, refined and sold each custom lot in the Country Club.  Additionally, he worked closely with many of the custom builders assisting in the conceptual design and finish work choices of the custom estates as they were constructed, following each custom home through to successful sale. In 1994, Scott successfully sold the first resale home in SCVCC and went on to become the top producing real estate agent in the area through the 1990’s. Scott has personally closed over $500 million of residential real estate through 2016. 
 Pam has been involved in the residential real estate industry since 1977. Pam’s corporate background spanned 15 years working for the largest new home sales brokerage firm in northern California. For eight years she served as Senior Vice President and acting chief financial officer. As Senior Vice President she oversaw a variety of projects including the management of both office buildings and apartment buildings, the offering of a lease-option development by Home Savings, the investment management of a multi-million dollar retirement portfolio, and all the company’s legal and contractual issues.  Pam garnered a myriad of management, sales and marketing skills through her 10-year affiliation with The Executive Committee, an international professional organization. In 1992 she stepped into a new homes sales management role serving a variety of clients including Shea Homes, the developer of Silver Creek Valley Country Club, Ahmanson Development and Larwin. Pam’s expertise in sales management culminated with being named Northern California Sales Manager of the Year in 1997 by the Builders’ Industry Association.

 Given their extensive experience, Scott and Pam founded Windermere Silicon Valley Properties in 2001. From 2001 thru 2011Windermere was the leading residential brokerage in Silver Creek Valley and Evergreen with over $2.6 billion in sales and 3,600 closed transactions. Believing that the success of any agent or office cannot be determined in market share alone, Scott & Pam only recruited agents that met their own high ethical standards, allowing the office to be recognized as the most professional office in the Evergreen area. Pam tended to the corporate and transaction details of the business while Scott acted as visionary and manager. Scott was committed to the agents developing their potential while encouraging them to achieve a balanced and fulfilled life. In 2011, Scott and Pam negotiated a merger of Windermere Silicon Valley Properties into Intero Real Estate Services to leverage Intero’s position as the market share leader in Santa Clara County.
 In 2012, Scott & Pam formed The Kliewer Team to provide the best real estate service to individual clients. Scott and Pam are passionate about helping their clientele achieve their real estate goals by utilizing anunparalleled wealth of knowledge and experience. Scott’s construction background and keen eye for detail provide him with a unique ability to ensure the best home purchase value for his home buyer clients and the highest possible price for his home seller clients. Both empathetic and analytical, Scott helps buyer clients find just the right balance between investment potential and the emotional benefit of home ownership. His skills also reduce the stress of the home selling process through constant communication and a thoroughness that prevents problems from occurring. Pam’s extensive sales and marketing experience, along with her technical and legal knowledge, provide a level of expertise for her clientele that is rare in the real estate business. With a natural ability to connect with people and an acute attention to detail, Pam’s expertise truly makes a difference. Scott and Pam embrace the belief that giving to others, with integrity and compassion, returns many times over in the joy of true accomplishment.
 After years of selling Silver Creek Valley Country Club, Scott & Pam chose to make it their home in 1997 and have increased their commitment to the area ever since.  With three daughters, Sarah, Jenna & Jessica, the family thoroughly enjoys the intimate sense of community in SCVCC and the outstanding amenities. The younger two daughters, Jenna & Jessica, attended Silver Oak Elementary and Chaboya Middle School.  Both currently attend Archbishop Mitty High School.  Sarah, the eldest, attended Valley Christian High School before her departure to San Diego State. Both Jenna & Jessica have enjoyed many local athletic activities including the SCVCC Sharks swim team, soccer, volleyball and gymnastics. Scott is an avid golfer and enjoys the camaraderie with his fellow golf enthusiasts.  Pam is involved with the schools, fundraising and Club activities.  So many friendships have developed over the years and The Kliewer Family appreciates each one.
